Kaliakra Invest Ltd. will spend 100 million EUR on the development of brand-new luxury vacation complex, located on a rocky area of Kaliakra cape at 65m above the sea and few km from Varna Properties. A glass elevators will take the guests to the beach. Azure del Mar is designed in Arabic style and will include an artificial river in its central part, allowing the visitors to use water transport, in order to get from one place to another. There will be trade part with shops, restaurants and public places. The investor will spend another 10 million EUR on the infrastructure of the complex.
